This 4-week online program is designed to guide individuals through a process of healing and forgiveness, allowing them to release anger, resentment, and pain. Over the course of the program, participants will explore practical tools and emotional techniques to forgive themselves and others, reconnecting with inner peace and emotional freedom.
Each week will introduce a new concept or practice, building progressively toward lasting emotional healing and personal empowerment. By the end of this program, participants will have a deeper understanding of forgiveness, the ability to forgive from a place of inner strength, and the tools to continue their journey of healing.

WEEK 1: INTRODUCTION TO FORGIVENESS –
UNDERSTANDING THE POWER OF LETTING GO
Goal for Week 1: To establish the foundational understanding of forgiveness, dispel myths, and prepare the mindset for healing.
Key Concepts:
· What is forgiveness and why is it important?
· Common misconceptions about forgiveness (e.g., forgiveness does not mean excusing behaviour or forgetting)
· Forgiveness as a gift to yourself, not the other person
· How forgiveness promotes emotional and physical well-being

WEEK 2: BARRIERS TO FORGIVENESS –
IDENTIFYING AND OVERCOMING OBSTACLES
Goal for Week 2: To identify common emotional and psychological barriers that prevent us from forgiving and to begin working through them.
Key Concepts:
· Understanding the barriers to forgiveness, including fear, pride, shame, and the desire for justice or revenge
· The role of the ego in holding onto past pain
· The connection between self-forgiveness and forgiving others
· Overcoming the fear of vulnerability that comes with forgiving
